  The Z21 train departs daily from Beijing West Railway Station at 19:49 and arrives at Lhasa Railway Station at 11:47 on the third day.   The return train, Z22, departs from Lhasa at 15:50 and arrives at Beijing West Railway Station at 08:43 on the third day.
